Rolls-Royce opens new showroom in Vietnam

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars recently celebrated the inauguration of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Hanoi, marking the official start of sales and aftersales services in Vietnam.

The showroom, located on the South side of Hoan Kiem Lake in Hanoi, is complemented by a comprehensive service facility housed in a dedicated new building in Long Bien district, only 15 minutes’ drive from the showroom. Both will be operated to international Rolls-Royce standards by Regal Motor Cars Corporation, with whom Rolls-Royce Motor Cars formed a formal partnership in 2013.

The new facilities offer the most discerning clientele in Vietnam direct access to Rolls-Royce sales and aftersales services for the first time, including the personal commissioning service Rolls-Royce Bespoke.

Paul Harris, Regional Director for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Asia Pacific, said "Rolls-Royce is a symbol of business success and we see great potential in Vietnam, where many successful entrepreneurs are emerging as the economy as a whole rises. With the official launch, we can now provide both new and existing Vietnamese customers the very best that Rolls-Royce can offer through a fully comprehensive commissioning, sales and aftersales process."

Minh Doan, Chairman for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Hanoi, said "We are extremely proud to represent the pinnacle automotive manufacturer Rolls-Royce in our country. The investment in the new premises reflects our confidence in the sustainable long-term success of Rolls-Royce in Vietnam."

The opening of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Hanoi forms a part of the continued expansion of Rolls-Royce across the Asia Pacific region.

In 2013, Rolls-Royce expanded its presence in the Asia Pacific region outside of China with new dealerships established in Osaka (Japan), Taichung (Taiwan), Manila (Philippines), Perth and Gold Coast (Australia). The brand is now represented in 15 markets across the region, with 26 of the 121 global Rolls-Royce dealerships located in Asia Pacific outside of China, including the new Hanoi showroom.

Business growth will continue in Asia Pacific in 2014 and beyond, with a dealer partnership in Cambodia recently announced in June 2014.
