Chevrolet has recently unveiled the 2015 Cruze, ahead of its public debut this week at the New York Auto Show.

According to the American carmaker, the new exterior styling cues of the 2015 Cruze are inspired by the redesigned Malibu as the model adopts a new front fascia, a prominent "dual-port" grille with chrome surrounds and LED daytime running lights (on LT and LTZ variants). It also has swept-back headlamps and several new exterior colors.

Inside, the cabin comes with a seven-inch color touchscreen display and new cup holders which "make it easier to insert and remove cups." Other notable highlights include OnStar 4G LTE with built-in Wi-Fi hotspot, Siri Eyes Free technology and a Text Message Alert system which can read text messages aloud.

Under the hood, engine options will likely include:
  • A 1.8-liter 4-cylinder petrol with 138 hp and 169 Nm of torque
  • A turbocharged 1.4-liter 4-cylinder petrol with 138 hp and 200 Nm of torque
  • A turbocharged 2.0-liter 4-cylinder diesel with 151 hp and 357 Nm of torque

The 2015 Chevrolet Cruze will go on sale this fall and pricing will be announced closer to launch.
