German carmaker Porsche has recently announced plans to offer a limited edition of the Boxster S for the Dutch market.
Dubbed the Red 7, this unique Boxster features a Guards Red exterior with matte platinum accents and 20-inch alloy wheels. There's also a sports exhaust system and a lowered sports suspension.
The exclusive design of the exterior is continued in the interior as the black leather upholstery contrasted by red stitching on the dashboard, center console and steering wheel. Standard equipment includes adaptive sports seats, Porsche Communication Management including phone module, Sport Chrono package, Porsche Dynamic Light system and a Bose surround sound system.
Power comes from a 3.4-liter six-cylinder boxer engine which produces 315 hp and 360 Nm of torque. It is mated to a seven-speed PDK transmission which could allow the roadster to sprint from 0-100 km/h in 5 seconds.
Only 7 units will be built and pricing starts at €119,935 (including VAT and BPM). Customers will also get a bespoke leather key case, an unique matching car cover and a "coffee table book" with pictures of the production process.
