All-new Peugeot 2008 first official photos leaked

The first official images of the all-new Peugeot 2008 have leaked to the web, ahead of its public debut at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show in March.

Previewed by a concept at the 2012 Paris Auto Show, the production version will be based on the Peugeot 208 platform and measures 4,140 mm long and 1,740 mm wide.

Under the hood, four engines are available, including a 1.2-liter 3-cylinder turbo petrol with 110 hp, a 1.6-liter THP petrol with 156 hp and a 1.6-liter e-HDi diesel with two different outputs: 92 hp or 115 hp.

The Peugeot 2008 will be built first in France at the Mulhouse plant, with sales to start later this year. It will compete with the Nissan Juke and Opel Mokka.
