According to an recent rumor, Mazda is currently planning to introduce the new CX-5 in Malaysia this spring.
Available in five colors (Zeal Red, Crystal White Pearl, Metropolitan Grey, Aluminum Metallic and Sky Blue), the CX-5 for Malaysian market is expected to comes with features like the six airbags for front, a smart keyless with push-start button ignition, side and curtain, daytime running lights, sunroof, bi-xenon headlamps, Bluetooth hands-free, nine-speaker Bose audio system with USB connection, full leather seats with power adjustment, GPS navigation system along with a TFT screen, front and rear parking sensors and a reverse camera.
Rumors also says that the Mazda CX-5 will be powered by a 2.0-liter SKYACTIV G engine, mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. Pricing starts at RM165,000.
