New Generation Honda Civic Show in Europe


Model replacing the current Civic was tested after a long wait.

Honda has launched the new Civic for the U.S. market at the Detroit Motor Show in January. However, Honda's chief executive in Britain has said that the Civic is sold in the U.S. market will be completely separate from the European market.

The prototype of the new Civic has showed changes in the grille design, door handles, front parts and more importantly, headlight parts still remain previous design for the new Civic in the USA.

The new Civic not seem to differ from the old Civic even though the design has changed. The car is equipped with 4-cylinder 1.4-liter or 1.6-liter engine, capacity of about 80 hp, 2.2-liter diesel engine, capacity of 120 hp.

In addition, Honda also plans for hybrid vehicle, 1.5-liter engine, capacity of 115 hp. The next generation will be introduced at the auto show in Japan later this year.
