According to a recent report, Maserati will introduce the Levante at the 2016 Detroit Auto Show next January.
Developed to compete with the Porsche Cayenne, the crossover will be offered with a variety of engines including a V6 with outputs of 350 hp and 425 hp as well as a V8 with more than 560 hp. There will also be a diesel engine with outputs of 250 hp, 275 hp and 340 hp.
The Maserati Levante will have a starting price of approximately €90,000 and top out at roughly €200,000.
