McLaren has recently released a new teaser image of their Sports Series, which will be unveiled at the 2015 New York International Auto Show on April 1.
Codenamed P13, the Sports Series is estimated to cost around $180,000 in the United States which will make it a lot cheaper than the 650S Coupe priced at $270,000. Chances are it will be powered by a twin-turbo 3.8-liter V8 engine which produces 500 hp.
The British carmaker wants to sell 2,000 units of the Sports Series in 2016, a quantity which they say won't have a negative impact on the brand's exclusivity.
