Ford has recently announced the pricing for the 2013 Explorer Sport on their official website.
Set to arrive in U.S. showrooms later this year, the model will have a starting price of $41,545, including an $825 (*) destination charge, and is distinguished by a revised front fascia, blacked out grille, lights and roof rails, along with unique 20-inch alloy wheels.
Motivation is provided by a twin-turbo 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine with 350 hp, mated to a six-speed automatic transmission and a four-wheel drive system. This allows the car to return an estimated 16 mpg in the city and 22 mpg on the highway (US).
