Audi A6 will be produced in China in 2012

Xinhua on 17/11 reported, the new Audi A6 of Volkswagen expected to be produced joint venture FAW-Volkswagen in China in 2012.

The new Audi A6 bring sport style and aesthetics than the current version and expected to be introduced at the 2010 Los Angeles this month.

The new Audi A6 expected to be equipped gasoline engine 2.8 V6 and 4.8 V8. Diesel engine version is 2.7 V6 and 3.0 TDI. The A6 entry-level will use 2.0/200 hp TFSI engine.

This new generation A6 will be equipped with 8-speed automatic transmission, and model use 2.0 TFSI engine will be equipped dual-clutch 7-speed.
